Estonian Daniel Levi will warm up James Arthur in Sigulda next week
It has become known that on August 24, Estonian pop artist Daniel Levi with band will warm up the audience before the romantic British singer James Arthur in Sigulda. As already known, singer and X factor winner James Artur concerts in Latvia will take place in Sigulda castle ruins.
Daniels Levi is already a well-known pop artist in Estonia, who, together with the group, stands out with his energetic and positively charged live performances. They excited music fans on the local electro pop scene by collaborating with Estonian EDM success story Cartoon on the collaborative single 'On & On', which has been streamed over 690 million times on Spotify and Youtube. Today, Daniel Levi has achieved a pop sound with transcendent elements of soul, funk and R'n'B, always accompanied by a strong and fresh energy that includes the listener from the first meeting.
About the upcoming appearance at the James Arthur concerts, Daniel says: “I was listening to 'You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You' already during The X Factor. Of course, I didn't miss the opportunity to see him perform in Tallinn a few years ago - it was a great concert! Now I am immeasurably happy since I found out that we can go with him on a small excursion around the Baltics. And the concert venues are also very nice."
James Arthur began writing songs at the age of 15 and worked both as a solo artist and as a member of several different bands. In 2012, he participated in the talent show X-Factor and winning the show brought him more recognition among music fans. A year later, he released his self-titled debut album, whose lead single "You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You" reached number two in the UK Singles Chart. The second studio album "Back from the Edge" was released in autumn 2016, and the third long-playing "YOU" in October 2019. The album "YOU" includes the hit singles "Falling Like The Stars", "Naked" and "Empty Space".
James Arthur has not spent the time of the pandemic in idleness or suffering from depression, but in active work. On September 4, 2020, British DJ Sigal's single Lasting Lover was released, which is notable for the fact that James not only sang vocals in it, but also participated in the creation of its lyrics. It is interesting that the famous Scotsman Louis Capaldi is also mentioned in the list of co-authors and producers of the lyrics of the composition. On the other hand, at the end of last year - on November 5 - the latest work of J. Arthur came to the listeners - the full-length studio album "It'll All Make Sense in the End". As James himself explained to the media: “[I] had a certain genre or direction that I wanted to go in, which was to mix rock, guitar sounds with trap, hip-hop and pop”. The most acclaimed single from this album is Medicine.
In general, more than 25 million copies of J.Arthur's records have been sold. His songs are listened to by 22 million Spotify users every month, and his greatest hits have been viewed 1.5 billion times on YouTube.
Considering the special aura and picturesque surroundings of the Sigulda castle ruins, it is difficult to imagine a more suitable place in Latvia to enjoy the performance of such a romantic singer as James Arturs.
Tickets are available throughout the www.bilesuserviss.lv network and at "Biļešu Serviss" sales points. About 30,000 spectators attended the previous performance of James Arturas in Lucavsala in May 2018.
