GLOBAL DANCE ICON CALVIN HARRIS BRINGS AN EXCLUSIVE OPEN-AIR SHOW TO RIGA

Riga, Latvia – Global electronic music superstar Calvin Harris will arrive in Riga this summer for an exclusive open-air performance in the Baltics, taking place on 6 August at the Mežaparks Great Bandstand. This will be Calvin Harris’s only performance in the Baltic States in summer 2026, making it a standout event for music fans across the region.

Calvin Harris is one of the most successful DJs and producers of all time, with global hits including “Summer”, “Feel So Close”, “One Kiss”, “How Deep Is Your Love”, and “Miracle”, all of which have topped international charts. He is renowned for spectacular live shows and world-class visual production, drawing tens of thousands of fans at festivals and large-scale open-air concerts.

Tickets will go on sale on 20 February 10.00 AM at Biļešu Serviss and online. Presale for Positivus Festival and FBI Concert Club members, as well as Delfi Plus subscribers, begins on 19 February 10:00 AM.

This summer, Calvin Harris will appear as a leading artist at several major European music events, including Open’er Festival, Isle of Wight Festival, and electronic music flagships Tomorrowland and Creamfields. For the second consecutive summer, he will also return to Ibiza to continue his unique residency at the iconic open-air club Ushuaïa Ibiza. Last summer the residency turned the venue into a true epicenter of electronic music in Europe, attracting visitors from all over the world. Calvin Harris remains the only artist globally to hold a two-day-per-week residency at this club – an unprecedented achievement that has significantly redefined Ibiza’s club culture.

The Mežaparks Great Bandstand, one of Northern Europe’s most iconic concert venues, is a unique vast and nature-surrounded amphitheatre whose setting and scale will provide the perfect atmosphere for this one-night summer event.

More artists will be announced, and this one of a kind event is anticipated to attract visitors from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and other European countries, becoming one of the most significant electronic music events in our region this summer.
