At the 21 November concert at MASA, the trio will perform pieces from their debut album “Take Your Time”, Latvian folk song interpretations arranged by Matīss Čudars, as well as premieres of new compositions that the trio will record the following day for their upcoming 2026 release.
Their musical language is rooted in an organic fusion of jazz, blues, and country, enriched by Latvian melodic sensibility, an interest in African and Indian rhythmic traditions, and structural clarity shaped by Matīss’s background in classical composition and studies at Yale University.
