Processing of personal data to limit the spread of COVID19 infection

  1. Consent to the processing of personal data
    • By filling out this form, you consent to Bilesu Serviss collecting your personal data (name, surname, e-mail, phone) for the purpose of data collection to inform the person in case of a COVID-19 case and to monitor the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic.
  1. Legal basis
    • Data protection conditions for the processing of personal data on the basis of consent.
    • Based on the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 360 “Epidemiological safety measures to limit the spread of Covid-19 infection” (hereinafter - the Regulations), events organized in a museum, library, cultural center, exhibition hall, open-air stage, theatre building, concert hall, cinema and outdoor space related to these places, if during the event, visitors shall be in fixed, personalized seats, these events may accommodate not more than two members who are not from one household in seats next to each other and not more than four members from the same household. A distance of one meter or a protective barrier is provided between each two or four seats. When leaving the seat, the person observes the conditions of two meters.
    • The legal basis for the processing of such Personal Data is Article 6 (1) (e) of the Regulation. which states that the processing is lawful if the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority legally conferred on the controller.
  1. Rights of the person
    • Withdrawal of consent - the person has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. In order to withdraw their consent, the person must submit an application to Bilesu Serviss and indicate which data processing consent they withdraw.
    • Access, rectify, limit, and delete data - a person has the right to receive from Bilesu Serviss all data that Bilesu Serviss processes about them on the basis of consent.
    • Bilesu Serviss corrects or deletes personal data processed on the basis of consent upon the request of the person. The application must be submitted to the e-mail address info@bilesuserviss.lv.
    • Bilesu Serviss responds to all inquiries related to a person’s rights as soon as possible or within 30 days. If the person’s request is clearly unreasonable or excessive, Bilesu Serviss has the right not to comply with it or to demand a reasonable fee for compliance.
    • A person has the right to apply to the Data Protection Inspectorate or a court if they find that their rights have been violated during the processing of data.
  1. Disclosure and transmission of data
    • Bilesu Serviss is required to disclose personal data to third parties only in cases provided by law.
    • Bilesu Serviss discloses personal data to the Center for Disease Prevention and Control upon request of the Center for Disease Prevention and Control in order to monitor the epidemic and its spread.
  1. Retention of the data
    • Data collected on the basis of consent will be retained for 1 month after the event for which you have given your consent or until the consent is withdrawn.
    • The collected data is accessed by persons appointed by Bilesu Serviss.
    • The website of Bilesu Serviss and the ticket sales system is protected by a barrier against the search robot so that personal data would be inaccessible to search engines.
