The album consists of original compositions by the band's members, inspired by artists like Ornette Coleman, Don Cherry, Gerry Mulligan, and Mark Turner, combined with a signature Nordic sound.

 

FLEN's music stands out with elaborate harmonies in the horn section and the dynamic ability of the rhythm section to shift between explosive and restrained sounds. The band's bold approach also includes chaotic free jazz, creating a diverse and captivating listening experience.
